An amicable AGREEMENT has been met between MOREJOY Productions (NYC) and Lucky Beast Productions (MICHIGAN) and their respective Directors of operation, Tony Allen Felton and Mark Rupp.
Under the aupices of Mr. Felton, MOJO has created what IT believes to be the most innovative, out of the box, situation comedy in recent times. Tentatively entitled 'THE $MITH FAMILY' IT will star Twin sensations Garry & Jason Clemmons. Film and television producer, Mark Rupp, currently at work with 'BENDING SPOONS' starring OSCAR winner Celeste Holme and the son of the late legendary performer Richard Pryor, Richard Jr., had already been juggling multiple projects when Mr. Felton came into his world. But the irresistible appeal of 'THE $MITH FAMILY' was something that could not be denied. Mr. Felton: Everybody's looking for the next IT factor. Polictics found IT wonderfully in President Obama. Melanie Oudin is the new IT in ladies' tennis. I declare before all that 'THE $MITH FAMILY' will be BIGGER than 'American Idol.'

Mr. Rupp to Mr. Felton: Tony, I always do the right thing (smile). I think we'll have a very profitable working relationship and hopefully a life long friendship.

CINEMA VERITE: MORE JOY's screenplay acquisition of "MR. & MRS." will be the nucleus for all future theatrical MOJO events. As a springboard, this screen adaptation, based on the off-Broadway stage presentation at the PACE Downtown Theater in 1992, has been updated to appeal to the public's fascination with 'reality' show-business. "MR. & MRS." the story, is as old as 'Adam & Eve'; but this version, filmed with a unique twist, will not only become the most talked about film of the year, but predictions are declared that it will be the most talked about film of the decade!
THERE'S MORE: After the phenomenal success of "MR. & MRS." MOJO will have, waiting in the wings, three more productions in preparation. From the beautiful settings of Miami to the rural flatlands of the North to the foggy city backdrops of California, MOJO is ready to entertain the masses with summer hits to Christmas season great expectations!

TEL-A-VISION: Based upon the successful off-Broadway stage production of Tony Felton's "THE NAKED SERIES," MOJO will present to the television audience a 'Gathering' concept never before witnessed in the history of that medium. This VISION will give birth to no less than three weekly drama/comedies and one Broadway stage production that will eventually be made for film presentation.
Television will also serve as the medium by which 'The Classics' will be given an opportunity to live again with exciting and interesting new casting concepts. MOJO has always had great respect for the 'sit-at-home' viewing audience; and relishes the opportunity to educate, renew, and inform those viewers of the greatness of 'old-school' theatrics.

SET THE STAGE: MORE JOY Productions has developed a first time ever stage presentation for an iconic celebrity like none other.
MOJO will, as previously mentioned, bring to the stage a drama based on an idea from the television special, "THE NAKED SERIES."
MOJO will acquire the rights for a revival of a classic Broadway/film production with very little change to the original work. The casting for this new revival will prove not only to be interesting but just plain funny!
